Public Comments

Planning and Development Services invites the public to submit comments regarding Land Use Planning, and Appeal applications, the public may also comment on Community Planning legislation which includes rezones and Skagit County Code updates.

For a listing of Land Use Planning application types, visit: SCC Table 14.06.150-1 and Table 14.06.150-2.

Public comments need to be received within the time-period specified in the Public Notice.

Please note: Information submitted to Skagit County will be subject to public disclosure per the Public Records Act (RCW 42.56).
